The following are some important points to take note if you are serious about losing your extra layer of belly fat. For women, it is always a big challenges to remove the abdominal fat after stepping into the period of giving birth or ageing.

#1 Cut back on calories

Calories are the number one source of fat deposits in a woman’s body. But of course, the good carbs are fine for as long as you eat them in moderation. Avoid bad carbs that come from flour and other flour products. You might also need to learn how to count your calories in an effort to monitor the amount of calories that your body takes in every day.

#2 Strictly no more sodas

Regular sodas and diet sodas are both a big NO in losing belly fats. So instead of falling for those low-calorie or sugar-free ads of supposedly “diet sodas”, just try to drink some water or fresh fruit juices instead.

#3 Change your lifestyle

If you’re used to using the elevator, then it’s time you practice using the stairs. Do this at least twice a week when you go to work.
